ABOUT ME
I am a devops engineer with a focus on both, tech and people, walking through cloud computing, application lifecycle and good communication.
My goals through years are to evolve in the DevSecOps area and help other to achieve the entire devops philosophy.
From my point of view, DevOps is a mindset, is a combination between multiple tech skills and the power of developing a large set of soft skills, maintaing a good communication in a team in order to achieve every goal in an agile, efficent and energetic way.

DevOps Engineer

• Responsible of maintaining functional our BPM applications and our multichannel communication project. (SMS/Email/Notification/Letters)
• Maintaining, updating our infrastructure, applications or platform, both on-premises and in the Cloud.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to multiple applications.
• Provide deployment support on lower environments.
• Keeping a communication with multiple departments and teams in order to reduce our vulnerabilities, to improve our CI/CD and to maintain our team spirit alive.
2021 - 2023
Technical Engineer
Finastra
• Respond to customer requests, whether they are reported issues, questions or assistance requests, helping them to be able to utilize the product properly as per their needs.
• Validate defects thoroughly by ensuring that the described scenarios are fixed.
• Solve critical cases from customers, write case scenarios. Write SQL queries in order to fix their issue, or their request.
• Working on internal VMs to test user stories on different versions of the application.
• Keeping a communication with the Development team for better results.
